Upon further investigation I think there may be a problem with my proxy page. I am using a proxy page to access the secured services on our web mapping sites. When I look in the ArcGIS Server log files I see the following error, time stamped with each time I try to load the respective pages:

User identity ?;? does not have sufficient permissions to access Zoology/BTPDWebMap.MapServer.

I am using a dynamic token to pass through the user name and password for the services. Configuration on the server has not changed, so I'm not sure why all the sudden the user would not have sufficient permissions. Thanks for the help!

Hello,

I am looking for help on resolving an error which has started happening on multiple web mapping sites we have in place. On multiple pages, we are receiving the error below. If I close the error it will pop up again but for a different layer of the web mapping site.

Stewardship AZ and NM layer failed to load: Fault code: 400

Fault info: Unable to complete operation.

Fault details: Service 'Zoology/gpdWeb2011_stewardship' of type 'MapServer' does not exist or is inaccessible.

The error changes listing the specific services on each page. If I log in to ArcGIS Server Manager the services are running. I have tried restarting the services and restarting the ArcGIS Server services but the same error occurs. I haven't yet found help in other posts on the forums. Can anyone help point me in the right direction here?
