Flex Viewer 3.0 questions

My two questions are:

1. Can I use the Adobe Flex 4.5 SDK needed to run version 3.0 of the Flex viewer on my Flash Builder 4.0.0? I now run Flash Builder 4.0.0 with Adobe Flex 4.1 SDK but I don't know how high can I go on the SDK version. I got conflicting answers on the Adobe forum.

2. If I need to upgrade my Flash Builder to 4.5 to run Adobe Flex 4.5 SDK would I need to update all my previous projects or can Flash Builder to 4.5 use the lower SDK versions? I don't want to loose all my previous projects which they run on version 2.5 of the Flex Viewer with Adobe Flex 4.1 SDK.

I'm running Flash Builder 4.0, SDK 4.5.1a, and SFV Source Code 3.0 with 3.0 API.

Works just dandy.

Flash Builder 4.5 and 4.6 can both run any SDK you want.
