Popups 2.3.1 - Strange rendering behavior

I have been getting some strange rendering behavior from 2.3.1 pop-ups. On occaisions, the font will change from Arial to what looks like Times, then at other times, some text will turn black. Any ideas? Images attached (2.png is correct, 1.png in wigged out mode).

I am now specifying font size, color and face values for the HTML within the CDATA tags. That seems to fix the issue.

This was a known bug in Flex Viewer 2.3.1
