Flexviewer API 3.0 Compile the sample code

Hi,

This is a simple question, I am sure and yet, I can not seem to find the answer:
Using Adobe Flash Builder 4.6 how does one import and compile the .mxml sample code to create the .xml file? (The sample hello world for example has an .mxml and .xml which creates the widget) Or does the sample code need to be copied and paste into the application one is developing?

First I need to make you aware of the fact that you are posting Flex Viewer Questions to the Flex API forum. There is a dedicated Flex Viewer forum here:

To answer you question, you need to add the widgets mxml file to the modules list for your flex viewer project and that will create the HelloWorldWidget.swf

Begin by looking in the concepts tab and Getting started.
