      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;you didn't show the numbers... so I am guessing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;geographic coordinates will show up in the range -180 to 180 and -90 to 90&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they are big numbers... they are projected&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gary,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Since you are talking a web app (viewer for flex) then the maps projection is determined by the basemap used. If you are using an esri basemap then the maps projection would be 102100 web mercator. If you are not using an esri basemap then the maps projection would be determined by the basemap that you choose to use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
