need help to combine web map and flex

Im using ArcGIS Viewer for Flex-application builder in building my web map application. I created web map application based on Web Maps which i created and shared on arcgis.com. The web map contents a features from our local arcgis server. The features can be seen on arcgis.com map viewer but cannot be seen or access on ArcGIS Viewer for Flex which i created.

Another thing, how can i add a basemap like Imagery and Streets on viewer for flex which was created based on web map from arcgis.com..the map switcher widget only shows "More" containing the layers of the map.

Hope anyone could find out what is wrong with my web map apps.

You need to read the available documentation to see that what you want to do is not supported.

Using a web mapUse the <map> tag itemid property. The itemid property refers to the item ID of a web map from ArcGIS.com. The Viewer can access and view published web maps from ArcGIS.com. For more information, see About ArcGIS.com Web Maps. Note that you cannot add basemaps and operational layers when using a web map.
