I continue to get strong feedback from users that having to click on a widget (whether identify, or search, or whatever) before clicking on a feature is non-intuitive. I would gladly just use feature services for everything, but my data sets are global and complex, and really need to be cached to work properly.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>It seems like ESRI has been increasingly saying at conferences that wherever possible services should be cached, and UIs should be simplified.
