From Resource Center Sample to Flex Viewer Widget

Could someone point me to a good resource on how I can easily turn one of the resource center samples http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/flex/samples/index.html into a Flex Viewer widget. Using version 2.2. Thanks.

Hi Stuart,
Is there a specific sample you have in mind? There are some 100+ samples and depending on which one you are trying to implement in the Flex Viewer, the best solution would differ.

In general when extending the Viewer, the best option is usually to create a new widget. See for example:

I'm just trying to get clustering to work in the sample flexviewer, do I need to create a seperate widget for this? Thanks.

Thanks Robert, I was able to implement it but I was looking for something like they have in the samples. Where you can hover over a cluster and they spread out giving the user the option to click on one to receive an attribute infowindow. Would it be difficult to make that sample a widget?

Robert, is the cluster widget you created supposed to flare out like the sample in the resource center?

No I accidentally typed flare in my previous post. What I did was took Mansour's Cluster by Attribute code and developed a widget for it.
