    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi James,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's strange that your credentials are not working.&amp;nbsp; One way around this so that you're not prompted for credentials is to append a token onto the service in your Flex Viewer.&amp;nbsp; See the following &lt;A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//017s00000079000000"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Once you go to your services directory and generate the token, you can update the URL in your flex viewer app with this token.&amp;nbsp; Ex:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://myServer/arcgis/rest/services/Parcels/MapServer?token=klkjavew98732nlnva-0892342l3knv98y34230r07vlk2j" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://myServer/arcgis/rest/services/Parcels/MapServer?token=klkjavew98732nlnva-0892342l3knv98y34230r07vlk2j&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
