ArcGIS Video Server support for RTSP live stream service with embedded username and password

I'm trying to publish the Video Stream Service using Excalibur. The setting that I enter when publishing:

Protocol: RTSP

Stream Address: username:password@IP Address/subdirectory/subdirectory

Port Number: 9000

I've successfully published it, but the video layer is not available, and the stream service is stopped. is there any mistake that I done during publishing?
