RTA Doesn't Complete with No Error Logs

I have an RTA set up to watch a feature layer feed (which uses survey123 to create data). I had a trigger this morning, and the feed logs detected it (like it shows it found 1 feature at that timestamp 10:31 AM CST)... but it looks like the rest of the RTA just didn't run, and there's no errors at that time or any other time.

The same RTA has some other workflows in it not associated to that feed but other feeds, that ran a few minutes before and after - all good.

When I look at the history log charts for that feed - it seems to just cut off regardless of how long I make the time span (last hour, last day, last week) all cuts off at 4/10/26 10:34 AM or 11AM .

It was supposed to send an email based on an email attribute in another layer, and there's just no email. The RTA has operated in the past just fine, but it's been a few months since triggered I suppose maybe November of last year. No changes since or even before then.

The flow is simple - watch feed, create a buffer, join to features in another layer - send email. I confirmed the feature was way within the buffer limit. The join layer only has 5 point features in it so it's not like it had a lot of data to comb through. The SMTP email is working same set up on other RTAs. There are no signs as to why it didn't run.

What could be going on here? Was there just a blip at 10:31 AM in Velocity? Why no log? And why can't I check the history metrics past 4/10/26 10:31AM?

Have you used the data sampler to look at what is going on?

Also, does the "Food Rescue Resources" have a track ID, needed as of the 2026.01 update?
