Change individual colors in a layer

Good afternoon,

Im new to the ArcGIS vector tile style editor. Is there a way to change the individual color of a country. I see a basemap called chartered territory but that has a few countries grouped together. I am hoping to color each country and even certain buildings a separate color.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to add a separate layer to the vector style definition and filter out the individual item you wish to symbolize. Unfortunately, the attributes necessary to do so may not actually be part of the vector tile package, so you may be out of luck here.
