topic Inconsistent local language labels in ArcGIS Vector Tile Style Editor Questions

I noticed that some labels seems to be not translated when chosing a style containing "(Local label)" in the title (mostly lakes). As you can see in the following screen shot, some lake in the Province of Quebec are written in english (Lake something..) and some other are written in french (Lac something..). The proper way to name them in the local language of this province is "Lac".

In fact, I don't really see any difference between the style with "Local language" in title and those without. Is this normal behavior?

Thanks
