how do I override visible zoom range

I am editing a preset base map that I have done a save as. I want to change the visible zoom range of a layer. How do I do that?

In order to change the scale of the labels we need to go to ArcGIS Online
If your organization is the author of this vector styles service and you have the permissions you could find the Color Basemap Labels and click on it.
If not in the Content pane we will click on New Item > URL and we will paste the URL of the vector tile services.
In the Items page we will press Edit in Vector Tile Style EditorLaura_0-1713287684808.png

In the Vector Tile Style Editor we will click on Edit layer style and we expand to the desired layer.
