      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: black;"&gt;Right. According to the set of configured rules, in order to connect L1 to L2, there should be a device D1, D2 or a junction J1.
