Electric Utility Network 3.1

We have been trying to download Electric Transmission Utility Network asset package the version 3.1 for the past week, but it is not available anywhere. Only the latest version is available. Could you please send the version 3.1 download link or the database?

@sonj Assuming you are looking for the Electric Transmission Utility Network asset package, compatible with ArcGIS Pro version 3.1.

Recommend reviewing:

ArcGIS Pro version 3.1 is scheduled to be retired by 2026-Q1. The latest Network Release is based on Pro 3.5 (2025 release) with the next scheduled to be released this year. Given this, it will be prudent to use newer models for initiatives starting in 2026.

If you need the old model for reference, certain older releases are available to download from My Esri:

Older versions of the Utility Network Foundation solutions are available through the Solutions app in the corresponding version of ArcGIS Enterprise. For example, version 3.1 of the Electric Utility Network Foundation solution can be downloaded from the Solutions app in Enterprise 11.3. You can review the release notes for each Enterprise version to see which solution versions are available. The most recent version listed in the change log is what is provided for that version of enterprise.

This approach ensures that you are installing a version of the solution that has been certified to work with the specific version of Enterprise you have deployed.

The Solutions app in ArcGIS Online will always provide the latest available version of each solution.
