I deployed the Communications Utility Network Foundation v1.6 and reviewed the documentation. I downloaded the zipped project and opened it in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.

I started following the tasks that were set up in the project. One task asks me to expand the Communications_UtilityNetwork database and review a feature class.

When trying to expand the database I get this error.

The same thing happens when try to expand the Configurations database. These two databases are mobile geodabases with a .geodatabase extension. I haven't worked with these before. There are two other databases that are file geodatabases with the .gdb folder. They work fine.

I've tried to reconnect them and remove and re-add them, but they are unreadable. What can I do to continue to use the foundation?

Did you unzip the project to a location or did you open the aprx from inside the zip?

Yes. I unzipped it. I redownloaded it, unzipped it again and the same issue.

Thanks for checking. I was assuming it was an issue with the project. I tested it out and it seems like it was a problem with OneDrive.

I was trying to work in a directory that is synced with MS OneDrive. I normally don't have a problem with that but I just tested it out on a normal folder and it appears to be working. Not sure why it would be mobile geodatabases and not others.

You'll run into similar issues with file geodatabases when they're not full synced, but typically instead of the entire database showing up as immediately broken on the catalog pane it will wait until you try and open it to fail.
