I have this transformer that connects to a switch but the subnetline that it is supposed to be apart of is not populating. What do I have to do for this circuit line to be apart of the same subnetwork as the line that is coming from the substation(adjacent) to it. Do I set the transformer as another subnetwork controller on the same subnetwork?

Run a subnetwork trace and show where the trace stops. It looks like the transformer is connected up to the third cabinet of the switchgear, which contains a fuse. As long as everything is snapped/connected and the status of the fuse is closed (and phasing is correct, if you're using it) the subnetwork should enter the cabinet in the first bay and exit through bays3&4.

Well, making sure that the fuse is closed did the trick. Overlooked it completely haha, thank you Robert!
