https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-utility-network-questions/export-matrix-un-tool/m-p/1617039#M5281 <P class="">Hello everyone,<BR />we are trying to use the <STRONG>"Export Matrix"</STRONG> tool to export the Utility Network rules from our network into an Excel file.<BR />After obtaining the file, we couldn't find much documentation, but we inferred the following:</P><UL><LI><P class=""><STRONG>(blank)</STRONG>: no rule is defined between the specified elements;</P></LI><LI><P class=""><STRONG>1</STRONG>: a rule is defined between the elements;</P></LI><LI><P class=""><STRONG>-2</STRONG>: ??
