Esri has not yet posted any documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5, but it is supposed to be available this month. 11.5 is a long term release so there may be a new Utility Network version, but that does not always happen. The ArcGIS Pro 3.5 help documentation still mentions Utility Network version 7 as the latest version.

https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/utility-network/utility-network-compatibility.htm

As a reminder, you can find the existing documentation about utility network versions and backwards compatibility on the Utility network compatibility page.

The page you linked does all out compatibility for 11.5 in all three sections of the help topic (the UN version one is a bit tricker because 11.5 falls into 11.3 or later).

Support for subtype group layers improves with each release, but most customers have been able to work around the limitations of subtype group layers and exb by publishing a web map using regular feature layers that either don't split out their layers, split out their data into a handful of layers, or in the case of 11.5 you can use scale-based display filters to control the visibility of features based on scale without SGL.
