Change Asset Package Spatial Reference Failing to Create Output

When I run the Change Asset Package Spatial Reference tool, it completes successfully, but no output is created. The specified output GDB does not appear in the folder, and no data is written. Screenshots attached. I'm using the latest versions of both untools and utilscripts on my cloned conda env.

What troubleshooting steps would you recommend?

See below, no output package created. None can be found in the output folder specified either.

Can you try an output folder that is not One Drive?

Saving directly to my C drive also results in no output

Often a user's documents and download folders are actually configured for one drive.

Try another folder on the C drive. Something like C:\temp

I cannot repo the issue. What version of ArcGIS Pro and untools? Any messages in the GP tool log?

My untools version is below

Here is a text run straight to my C drive. The output is below.

No gdb created and nothing in the C drive folder

Other troubleshooting I've done:

Running on sewer to confirm if water data is simply corrupted
Removing these Solutions & redownloading
re-cloning conda & reinstalling untools

A colleague shared their screen, and we noticed that the geodatabase name is not automatically populating when the Asset Package is selected from the file navigation. This has never populated during any of my attempts.

I noticed that ArcGIS Pro version 3.4 is a dependency for untools - do I need to update my ArcGIS Pro version from 3.3.2 to 3.4 for untools to work? My coworker is on version 3.3.0 despite this.

This appears to be related to the active portal. The Solution was downloaded on AGOL and the active portal on ArcGIS Pro was Enterprise Portal. When the Solution was downloaded onto the Portal account and the tool was executed the auto-population works and output is attempted however the gp tool now outputs an ERROR 999999 instead related to domain not found for all domained attributes.
