Error 160145 Load Data Using Workspace

Hello,

I'm creating a utility network for a city sewer system. I am using the simple data mapping and data migration tools because I want to preserve some of the source layer fields with attachments. After data mapping I run the load data to preview tool without any problem. When I run the load data to workspace tool, I get the following error: "ERROR 160145: The field is not nullable."

Looking through the fields of both the source and target data, I do not see anything wrong. Referencing an earlier ESRI blog from a user having the same issue, an ESRI commentator said this may be a bug and to report it.

Check your source data in the shape_length and make sure there is no NULL "empty values".
