    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm working with the water utility network after loading data I fixed all dirty areas and assigned a bulk meter as a subnetwork controller for the system tire but I faced an issue when I tried to run the update is connected tool the error no starting point returned and however I assigned&amp;nbsp;a bulk meter as a subnetwork controller when I tried to run the&amp;nbsp; update subnetwork tool the error no valid subnetwork controller returned additionally I tried to run connected trace however I create start point the error now valid start point returned, what are the potential reasons for this case&lt;/P&gt;</description>
