Trace spanning across Tiers not working after moving to Enterprise GDB

I have configured two subnetworks in Electric Distribution and Secondary Tiers in ArcGIS Pro 3.2. Upstream and Downstream traces from Secondary to Distribution and Distribution to Secondary Tiers respectively and they are still working well.

I published the same dataset as a UN Service, Now the trace works within the tier and same subnetwork but does not cross over to the above or below tiers

When I checked the attributes, the "Phase Energized" values in some devices became 0-DeEnergized after moving to Enterprise GDB.

Now even after mimicing the attributes of the Enterprise GDB to that of the FileGDB version and running Update Subnetwork, It still does not trace across tier.

I also Disabled and Enabled the network topology.

What could be the problem

Any advice or help is much appreciated.

@rohanrajan_hms - Can you check the trace configuration and make sure there is nothing in the traversability options that might be stopping the trace?
