Validate network topology using Experience builder

Hi,

I have published utility network service and configured utility network trace widget and Branch versioning widget using Experience builder. Now, If I perform editing in that published application, is there any way to validate and clear dirty areas in that app itself?

How can I use validation service in this process?

One more thing, In ArcGIS Pro, we have to clear dirty areas in version before posting or we can clear dirty areas after merged into default database?

The validation service requires an extent to be passed to it which covers your dirty area. So, you’ll need a widget to get the map extent which is what happens in ArcGIS Pro.

Clearing dirty areas in default after posting a version is always required regardless of what you do in your version. Validating a dirty area in your version is just to confirm that your connectivity/associations are valid before posting
