    <description>&lt;P&gt;Because these features have no geometry, the utility network has to create dirty areas for them somewhere. In these instances, it chooses the lower-left corner of the extent of your service territory. Once you correct the underlying features by either creating a geometry or deleting them you should validate your network topology with the full extent of your dataset to clear the error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hii Community&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Review attached documents below, I get those message "The geometry for Network Feature is empty" .&amp;nbsp; Always after doing the appending data, there are data that out of service boundary are rejected.&amp;nbsp; At those locations of rejected data cause that message to come at dirty Area and error inspector. I need to remove/clean on attribute of dirty area and error inspector.&amp;nbsp; and remove at those boxes from the map.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;But remember&lt;/STRONG&gt; when I validate&amp;nbsp; the pop up message come 'vallidation succesfully' or no 'dirty Area'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
