The cardinality of associations is determined by the <A href="https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/utility-network/feature-restrictions.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">feature restrictions</A> of the utility network.</P><P>2) By default, associations are M:N.
