UNC data model without objects

hey folks, the UNC electricity data model Readme.docx file said that, the newer version (22) contains the following :

Implementing Non-spatial object to represent assets with individual maintenance based lifecycle state

But the UNC22 Structure Model.pdf doesn't talk or display any Non-spatial objects such as ElectricJunctionObject/ElectricEdgeObject in addition to the structure.

Also, the Readme.docx file said that, the downloaded folder contains UNC22assetpackage.ppkx and it doesn't.

so am I right or I have download a wrong data? I have downloaded through the following URL

The UNC modeling requirements have been merged into the Electric Utility Network Foundation solution. You can get the most recent copy here - https://arcg.is/08XGbC0

Thanks @MikeMillerGIS I have working on this solution from Esri, but the UNC data model contains a useful PDF files with real world Images for each Asset Type.
