You can find them in the SewerDevices layer in the Grease Trap Asset Group. Check out the <A href="https://solutions.arcgis.com/utilities/data-dictionary/index.html?cacheId=209f1822f61b41e485256cb5e4aa89bb" target="_self">Sewer Utility Network Data Dictionary here</A>.
