idea Add the ability for Utility Network to allow the export of subnetwork when the subnetwork status is dirty in ArcGIS Utility Network Ideas

Currently, we cannot export subnetwork data if there are dirty areas.

It would be better for ArcGIS Pro to support the export subnetwork of tool to be able to run when status of subnetwork is dirty. This is because we would like to be able to export data for review/collaborate with other users, regardless of its status (dirty or clean).

This could be like a toggle/checkbox parameter for users to choose this.

You can currently workaround this by using the Trace GP tool to output a JSON file.
