idea Allow snapping on coincident features when allowed in ArcGIS Utility Network Ideas

Hello,

I read here (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/2.9/help/data/utility-network/coincident-features.htm) that some objects in the UN data model are allowed to be coincident, for instance :

"Feature from the Assembly class coincident with another feature from the Assembly class"

But in ArcGIS Pro, even with snapping enabled, we cannot snap a feature when trying to stack another one...

There is a workaround, right-clicking the feature on the map and use the Snapping context menu to snap items. But it seems more logical to allow snapping by default for those asset groups.

A possible enhancement would be to create new rules to specify which feature we can stack.
