Hi,

Adding and deleting network attributes is one of the basic functions in UN configuration studies.
For this reason, I think that this tool should be added as soon as possible in UN localization studies.
For example, an utilities organisation will have to go through a lot of trials while preparing its own UN model, and it will want to delete them. I think that the "Delete Tier" tool should be added as well.
