503 Error Code?

I have been building an ArcGIS Urban model and, over the weekend, made great strides. But when I attempt to open the model today, I get the error below. I had no issues until today. What's happened?

Sorry for the double-post but I guess it must have been a cache/cookie issue?. I restarted my PC and now the model is up again. I don't know if that was the issue but, anyway, it's clear now. I'd love to have some detail on how this happens, though. Thanks.

Hey Norm! Glad you were able to fix the issue. I was going to recommend either a complete computer restart, or resetting the cookies in your browser. That usually fixes the issue.

Hi,

I would like to mention that we have the same issue that pops randomly many times a day since a week or two. The 503 error occurs with the two models that we own and use.

We have to refresh the page and delete the cache to make it works.

We are not sure what is the cause of the error. We are open to share console error messages if that could help to find a fix.

Has anyone figured out what is the cause of this error? I have a couple users in my organization that are getting this error and removing their browser cache and restarting their computer has not helped.

I am sorry that you are running into this issue.
There can be different causes for this error. Luckily, in most cases, the error is misleading and the database is actually fine. Sometimes it is related to ArcGIS Online having hiccups. In this case, waiting 5 minutes and trying again helps. Clearing the browser's cache is also a good idea.

Do you consistently see this error? Then, there might indeed be something wrong with the Urban model. In this case, I am happy to help!
