cannot set up a new model in ArcGIS Urban

Hi all, I had created a trial account for using ArcGIS Urban from this link: https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-urban/trial

After that, I was trying to create new model, but it gives me this message: "Could not initialize Urban. Please try again." as the below image 👇🏻. Do you know how to fix this error?

Hi @Hala_Ghareeb

Sorry to hear that you ran into issues when setting up a new Urban model. Can you explain which option you chose to set up the model (example city, USA Default template, blank model or a model from a FGDB)? Also, does the error also show up after trying again? Does it show up when choosing a different option (e.g. when creating a blank Urban model)?

It happens when I choose any of the templates and also the blank model.
