idea Parcels crossing the plan boundary in ArcGIS Urban Ideas

When creating a new plan, only parcels that are 100% inside the plan boundary are included in the plan. If the plan boundary crosses a parcel, the whole parcel is removed from the plan.

This means that the user has to manually draw the parcels that are crossed by the plan boundary after the plan has been created. This can be very time-consuming, especially for large plan areas.

I would therefore like to request a change. If a parcel is crossed by the plan boundary, the whole parcel should be included in the plan, similar to how land use areas are handled, or the parcel should automatically be split along the plan boundary so that the part inside the plan area is included.

This would reduce manual work and make the plan creation process faster and easier, especially for large plan areas.
