If the plan boundary crosses a parcel, the whole parcel is removed from the plan.</P><P>This means that the user has to manually draw the parcels that are crossed by the plan boundary after the plan has been created. This can be very time-consuming, especially for large plan areas.</P><P>I would therefore like to request a change.
