Hello,

Our team recently published a Topographic Production Service for our DEV environment.

However, we encountered this error message when trying to configure the addProduct SOE

I'm wondering if there is any solution for this?

Thank you for your question. Please answer the following:

1. What version of ArcGIS Enterprise are you using (e.g. 11.5, 12.0)?

2. Did you examine the server logs and are there any details?

3. What is the workspace type of your TopographicProductionServer database (e.g. sqlite, SDE)?

4. Have you installed the Topographic Mapping product files?

Hello Dan

We are using ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0

Yes, we have examined the server logs and encountered these 2 error messages.

From the error logs, it looks like the looks the error points to the Esri Inc. internal tools .cpp (C++) compilation issue

Our workspace type is in arcgisdata (postgres db namespace). The .sde is in dbo and in mgcp user schema, so it wil be arcgisdata.mgcp.MGCP

The product files are currently in hosting server.

e.g:

FileShare: \\XXX-HOSTING\ArcGIS Topographic Mapping

as per D:\Users\Public\Public Documents\ArcGIS Topographic Mapping

1. Through ArcGIS Server Manager, can you verify the status of your ArcGIS Data Store?

2. Are you using the Postgres database as the Topographic Production Database or for the published MGCP data?

3. You mention the product files being in the hosting server. Can you expand on your server deployment configuration and what software is installed on each machine?

We are using the Postgres database as the Topographic Production Database.

3. You mention the product files being in the hosting server. Can you expand on your server deployment configuration and what software is installed on each machine?

Where do we find the server deployment configuration? Would our Portal Organization page's Servers be enough and its server roles?

I have attached a zipped file that contains the following:

1) For each of ArcGIS software installed, we have provided screenshots via Patch Finder.

2) For DB VM, we can provide a screenshot of the DataStore admin page and PostgresDB version.

In the meantime, would it be possible to continue our conversation via our Esri distributor email instead? I've dropped you a private message on this.
