Submitted Records not showing in portal

Submitters and Viewers cannot see any records in the Survey123 web portal under data, it says no records. When I look logged in as myself I can see all of the submissions.

They can see it on the field app though.

I have checked the permissions and they seem OK as below:

Hi Simon,

To check, can you make a web map with the _stakeholder feature layer view and share it to the users to see if the data loads there?

Hi James,

That layer view doesn't appear to contain any data when I load it in a web map for myself or for the affected user.

Hi Simon,

Can you see if there is anything that looks unusual in either the fields displayed or the query definition of the view? See Set hosted feature layer view definition—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS for information on those settings.
