Survey123 Relative table error ( Permissions )

I added feature class , table and both are in relation with GLOBALID . I am able to create the survey using survey connect and able to publish it.

I try to submit the form , getting error " Internal error during object insert" . i try to browse the logs in arcgis server , I see "Error: Insufficient permissions <table Name >"

What could be the actual error

Hi Vijay,

Could you try editing/adding a record in another application? If there is an error in the other application as well, it sounds like there is a misconfiguration with the feature service. Given the 'insufficient permissions' response, I would suggest checking to see which user the ArcGIS Server or connection file is using to connect to the database.
