Survey123 and Collector

I have a problem with Collector and Survey 123. We have a service with link to a survey and Survey123. Linking to Survey123 and filling out the survey work with no problems. Once the survey has been submitted and you click the back to Collector button in the top of the iphone, it completely reloads Collector. You then have to reload the map and go back to where you were collecting data on the map. This just started recently and it does not do it on all devices. I am running iOS 11.4.1 on the iphone with the most current versions of Collector and Survey123. On my personal iphone x with the same versions and OS it works fine. I have re-loaded the software on the iphone giving me the problem but have not had any success. Any one else had this problem.

What type(s) of iPhone are you experiencing this on (iPhone 5S/6/6S/7/8, iPad/iPad minis)?

I am having the issue on an Iphone 8 at the moment. I have had this happen on ipad minis as well but they seem to be working at the moment.
