This HTML script is added to the '&lt;STRONG&gt;label&lt;/STRONG&gt;' column at the '&lt;STRONG&gt;survey&lt;/STRONG&gt;' worksheet of your&lt;STRONG&gt; XLSForm&lt;/STRONG&gt;. And you can simply use:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;lt;font color=""&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/font&amp;gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for this Jordan!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
