Every time she tells me about it, I try to generate the same report, and it turns out just fine.</P><P>Issue #1: Values in the header do not populate.</P><P>Issue #2: Information from all previous surveys tied to the same parent feature shows up in the report. (Each survey is related to a point feature). This only started happening recently.&nbsp;</P><P>My understanding is that after some time passes (hours or days), the report generates normally. Only this one person (out of four people) is experiencing these issues.
