    <description>&lt;P&gt;You would really only be able to track the number of submissions per social media page, you wouldn't be able to track someone who opened the survey but didn't submit it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would create a hidden field in your survey called "source" and then populate it via URL parameters. Each social media link would be slightly different as they would have their own URL parameter.
