Has anyone had issues with the "Create report" action in Microsoft Power Automate when working with a Survey since the recent AGOL update? We have had not problems for months until recently. It looks like we are getting "Unauthorized" and "<SPAN>BadGateway" errors. When we re-submit they go through fine.
