Survey123 group element's description text has scroll arrows

I have a group section in a Survey123 form that has Description text:

When I preview the form in the browser, and when I view the published form in the browser, the Description text has scroll arrows beside it. That's unexpected because all of the text is visible by default without scrolling.

Question: Why are there scroll arrows beside the text?

Chrome Version 145.0.7632.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 11 PC

@Bud Do you still encounter this issue? I was not able to reproduce this form with the same text

@Richard_Purkis Yes, I checked just now, and the arrows are still there.
