Error HTTP Error 504 : Gateway Timed-Out while publishing survey from survey123 web designer

Hi All,

We are trying to publish a survey through survey123 web designer to our ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 however, we are getting the error 504 gateway timed out.

We are able to publish the survey through connect and can publish a regular hosted feature service. We have also given the domain exceptions in the firewall as per the following document: https://trust.arcgis.com/en/documents/REV_AGOL_Domain_Requirements.pdf however, we are still encountering the issue.

I also found this article however, it doesn't give much detail. Error: Unable to Publish the Survey: HTTP 504 Unknown Error

I was just wondering if there are any exceptions/settings that we can apply/change at the server level.

Any input would be helpful.
