Error 500 when removing a question from Survey123 web designer

Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with Survey123 and would appreciate any guidance.

Here’s the situation:

I created a new survey using Save As from an existing survey.
After configuring the new survey, I published it successfully.
Later, I made some adjustments by adding new fields and republished without any problems.
The issue occurs when I try to remove a question. After removing it and attempting to publish, I receive the following error: "500: Field name 'keywords' does not exist"

I’ve checked the related feature layer, and editing is enabled. I also reviewed the network traffic logs but couldn’t find any additional details about the error.

What is the question type you are trying to remove? Does this error happen for any questions types you try to remove, or just a specific one?
