Survey123 Crashing

My survey123 form has started crashing, I had a very similar form last year and had no issues with the app crashing and since surveyors have been out this year I have had multiple reports of it crashes losing data. We've tried to recover the data using SQLite files but there is no data there either. This has mostly been happening towards the end of them filling out the form.

The major changes to the form have been:

Using the body::esri:visible column instead of relevant for question visibility because when we used relevant this year it meant data was being erased from the form if surveyors left the form and saved in drafts
Adding file names to the photos

Surveyors mostly access the survey123 form through a link from fieldmaps.

I do not have any logs nor have I been able to replecate the crashes myself.

Hi Gabriella

It is going to be hard to troubleshoot this without a log file.

I would definitely suggest that you try to get that sorted.

Having said that, what I have found personally is that sometimes a text field gets too long and it gets that truncate error. On other occasions I had badly formed html in my survey. But those are the only times I had issues like yours.
