Error Code 400: User does not have privileges to perform this operation

We are coming across the error code stated above whenever we attempt to submit any survey with a photo attached. Whenever we remove the photo, the survey is uploaded with no problem. We have checked the attachment size and set it to small and the attachments are based off of GlobalIDs and the form is also shared to the group.

My Supervisor made this form and numerous others, and he gets the same error. So not sure why he would be getting a privileges error too. Anyone see this type of Error Code 400?

Hi David,

Can you provide more information on the survey set up? Is this using an ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer, ArcGIS Enterprise Hosted Feature Layer, or ArcGIS Server Feature Service? What are the permission settings of the service?

Hi James, We have them set as Secured feature services hosted on our enterprise that we add to ArcGIS Online using stored credentials. The survey itself is very basic for testing purposes; yes/no, date, and comment field with option to attach an image.

Hi David,

Sorry for the late reply. It looks like there might be a configuration issue with either the feature service or the credentials the item is registered with. Does editing in ArcGIS Online's Map Viewer work?
