Rports: uploadInfo.conflictBehavior: replace?

A user is running into errors while trying to generate a report. This is the current one:

CONT_0027: Item with the same filename already exists. Set uploadInfo.conflictBehavior to replace if you want to overwrite or to rename if you want to keep both and rename this new file. Please see details in the recent tasks panel

Couple things here:

Where is the recent tasks panel?
What is uploadInfo.conflictBehavior and how can I change it?
- Google gives me absolutely nothing for this.

Thanks for sharing here.

The recent tasks panel can be opened by clicking the recent tasks button at the bottom of the report panel
The conflict behavior can be changed use the gear icon next to the "Save to my ArcGIS" account

Hi,

I have the same problem. I am not able to save a Survey123 Report on Portal, same error as described here even if I select Replace or Rename.

It seems to be a problem with https://arcgis-prd-survey123-use1-reports.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com.

Hi,

I am having the same issue as Marie where regardless of the replace/rename/skip don't save, the report is failing. I am printing from the Experience Builder feature report widget which is generating that error for me.

I am aware of a case where the S3 bucket https://arcgis-prd-survey123-use1-reports.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/ cannot be accessed and no files can be downloaded from there. The machine on which the portal is installed must have access to the S3 bucket. You should check whether a proxy or firewall is blocking access.
