Hello I have survey built in S123 Connect. It was built for our refuse department. Today one of our vendors noticed a sudden reset of some of the status fields and we started getting this Error 1000 message when we try to submit new surveys. I haven't had this issue happen before and I do not see any warnings in our xls form. We have a little over 6000 surveys in the feature class at this point

Did someone change any domain values? Or change any lists?
